It’s said that house moves are up there with bereavement and divorce as potential pressure points in our lives and my wife and I were very conscious that your legal advice made our move far less stressful than it might have been.

We chose you because we felt that a specialist lawyer might give us better support than one who is sharing their time and attention with other subjects. Our initial thoughts were well founded. Although your stated standards are high (answer all telephone calls within 15 seconds, return all telephone messages within 45 minutes, attend to all personal callers within 5 minutes, answer all written enquiries from clients within 48 hours), we found you met them in every instance. Your advice was of a similarly high standard, which was particularly important to us, as we had not moved house for many years.

I was impressed by your website which was an excellent innovation that complemented my personal dealings with you by allowing me to monitor my case on a daily basis. This gave me confidence that our sale and purchase were progressing without the need for confirmatory phone calls. By listing the stages of the transaction we were also given a clear picture of what to expect and where we were in the proceedings, which was very helpful.

You will recall that the final week before exchange was very fraught as we attempted to meet the deadline to secure our house. We would not, I’m sure, have met that deadline with out your efforts and good counsel.
