Terms and conditions for the MovingAhead No Sale No Fee Scheme

  1. The property in respect of which the scheme is effected must: -

    a. (sale) be a private residence situated in England or Wales which is currently occupied by you, or
    b. (purchase) be or become on completion occupied by you as a residential property.
     
  2. The period of cover under the scheme shall be six months from the date on which the acceptance is signed.
     
  3. The persons taking up the scheme must not be related by blood or marriage to their seller or buyer, be a limited company or corporation and have no common business interests with their seller or buyer.
     
  4. MovingAhead reserves the right to refuse cover under the scheme to any person at their sole discretion and shall not be required to give reasons for such refusal.
     
  5. MovingAhead reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions of the scheme at any time.
     
  6. MovingAhead reserves the right to withdraw the scheme at any time.
