Terms and conditions for the MovingAhead Abortive Costs Scheme
- The property in respect of which the scheme is effected
must: -
a. (sale) be a private residence situated in England or
Wales which is currently occupied by you, or
b. (purchase) be or become on completion occupied by you as
a residential property.
- The period of cover under the scheme shall be six months
from the date on which the acceptance is signed.
- The persons taking up the scheme must not be related by
blood or marriage to their seller or buyer, be a limited
company or corporation and have no common business interests
with their seller or buyer.
- MovingAhead reserves the right to refuse cover under the
scheme to any person at their sole discretion and shall not
be required to give reasons for such refusal.
- MovingAhead reserves the right to alter the terms and
conditions of the scheme at any time.
- MovingAhead reserves the right to withdraw the scheme at
any time.
