I am an Agent/Introducer – how does your system work from my perspective? As an "Introducing Agent" you will benefit from our system in much the same way as our personal clients, by being able to track the progress of your clients’ conveyancing process on-line. Since our system was specifically designed for the use of Agents as well as clients, in order to gain access to all the client matters you have introduced, your dedicated username and password only has to be entered once . It is also possible to produce Instant Quotations directly from our site for your clients. As one of our approved introducers you will also be in a position to promote the fact that you are able to offer this unique service to your clients, by using our MovingAhead advertising literature. As one of our authorised Agents, you can also opt to receive automatically formatted emails (click here to see an example) every time that any of the client matters that you have introduced to us are updated. That way you will receive immediate notification of every change, whether it be the completion of a stage or the entry of further details in one of the text or notes sections on the clients’ tracking pages. All we need to know is the email address that you would like the notifications sent to in respect of each individual matter. Click here for further details. Do you pay introductory commission to your on-line introducers? Yes we do, provided certain criteria in respect of the number and type of introductions are met. As Licensed Conveyancers, the Council for Licensed Conveyancers, not The Law Society, regulates Pryse Jones. CLC rules permit the payment of introductory commission to third parties provided that this is fully disclosed to the client. How is this introductory commission calculated and paid? Can any Estate Agents and Introducers use this service? No – only those who have applied to become, and been accepted as, "approved on-line introducers" will be able to use our system. Why is it necessary for you to approve your introducers? In order for us to be in a position where we are always able to provide the very highest level of service to our clients it is necessary for us to ensure that our workload remains within our total capacity at all times. To achieve this we are only able to accept applications from a given number of introducers at any one time. As our operation expands we will be in a position to approve an increasing number of applications from introducers to join our list. How do I apply to join your list of "approved on-line introducers"? Potential introducers can apply by completing our on-line application form. On receipt of this form, one of our team will contact you to explain how the service works in practice, what is required and to answer any questions. How do you deal with the applications? Applications are generally dealt with on a "first come first served" basis, although we reserve the right to refuse an application from any organisation for whatever reason, such as where we feel that their working practices are incompatible with our own. What details can be accessed on-line by your approved introducers? Approved agents and introducers are able to view stage details of all live matters that they have introduced at any one point in time, provided that the clients have given their authority and requested to use our on-line tracking system. An on-line messaging system is also provided which indicates matters that may require action before further progress can be made. What equipment is needed to use your system? The only technical requirement to use the service is permanent or dial-up access to the Internet.
