Congratulations to Jon Cooke, Mike Cooke and Peter Lindsay from Inter County Estate Agents on completing their sponsored bike ride from Lands End to John O' Groats.

Their eventful journey took a weary 11 days! and a blow-by-blow account can be found here www.cycle-it.co.uk. Saddle sore posteriors and constant rain were just two of the gruelling challenges that they faced on their epic journey.

MovingAhead was delighted to join in the fund raising effort, contributing £500 in sponsorship to the team. Jon hopes to raise £20,000 for Cancer Research UK and The Epping Breast Care Unit.
