What are the benefits for Estate Agents?

With MovingAhead you can instantly obtain a quote for your clients at any time, even at weekends. Our online quote system is fast and efficient; an impressive service for your clients.

When we are acting for your clients, you can track the progress of your clients’ conveyancing matters online. Your dedicated username and password only has to be entered once to access all your clients’ case details.

As a case progresses, you will receive instant email updates whenever new information is entered on your clients’ files – keeping you up to date and well informed of progress as they move ahead to completion. Additionally, you will receive a weekly update by fax on each case and should any difficult issues arise one of our team will call you to discuss the matter.

You can also opt for email updates to be sent to different staff members, so that the person responsible for each client can be kept up-to-date. Just fill in the simple client instruction forms via your personal online quotation and instruction screens – it really is that easy!

   

Do you pay introductory commission to your online introducers?

Yes we do.

As Licensed Conveyancers, we are regulated by the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC). CLC rules permit the payment of introductory commission to third parties provided that this is fully disclosed to the client.

   

How is this introductory commission calculated and paid?

Our marketing department will explain the details to potential introducers following completion and acceptance of the online application form.
   

Can any Estate Agents and Introducers use this service?

No – only those who have applied to become, and been accepted as, "approved online introducers" will be able to use our system.
   

Why is it necessary for you to approve your introducers?

In order for us to be in a position where we are always able to provide the very highest level of service to our clients it is necessary for us to ensure that our workload remains within our total capacity at all times. To achieve this we are only able to accept applications from a given number of introducers at any one time.
   

How do I apply to join your list of "approved online introducers"?

Just complete our online application form and one of our marketing team will contact you to explain how the service works and to answer any questions.
   

How do you deal with the applications?

Applications are generally dealt with on a "first come first served" basis, although we reserve the right to refuse an application from any organisation for whatever reason, where we feel that their working practises are incompatible with our own.
   

What details can be accessed online by your approved introducers?

Approved agents and introducers can view stage details of all live matters that they have introduced provided that the clients have given their authority and requested to use our online tracking system. An online messaging system is also provided which indicates matters that may require action before further progress can be made.
   

What equipment is needed to use your system?

The only technical requirement to use the service is permanent or dial-up access to the Internet. Since you are reading this page online, the assumption must be that you probably already have this facility!
